General Care Guidelines

To keep your jewelry in its best condition, we recommend the following:

  • Remove jewelry before showering, bathing, swimming, or sleeping

  • Avoid exposure to water, lotions, perfumes, oils, and household chemicals

  • Put jewelry on after applying makeup, perfume, or hair products

  • Remove jewelry before exercising or engaging in physical activity

Jewelry should always be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off.

Natural Stones & Crystals

We use natural stones and crystals, which may vary in hardness and durability.

  • Some stones are more fragile and can chip, crack, or scratch if dropped or knocked

  • Natural inclusions and variations are normal and part of the stone’s character

  • Avoid prolonged sun exposure, as some stones may fade over time

These natural characteristics are not defects, but a reflection of the material itself.

Sterling Silver & Metal Care

Sterling silver and other metals may naturally tarnish over time.

  • Gently polish with a soft, non-abrasive cloth

  • Avoid harsh cleaners or polishing dips unless specifically recommended

  • Store jewelry in a dry, airtight container when not in use

Tarnish is a natural process and does not indicate poor quality.

Storage
