Shipping policy

All ready-to ship items will ship within 2-4 business days after payment has been received. For made-to-order items, please allow 8-14 days for creation and shipping, unless otherwise communicated. 

Layne & Fern is not liable for or under any responsibility to refund packages shipped to an incorrect address. We ask you please double check your address BEFORE you complete your payment process. You must contact us before the item has shipped with any address change requests. After the items have shipped, you will have to request a delivery change via the shipping provider directly. 

Layne & Fern is not liable for under any responsibility to refund for lost/damaged/stolen packages. All packages will ship with insurance, so please contact us if you have not received your items. If package arrives visibly damaged, please take video/photo evidence before & after opening and email to layneandfern@gmail.com.
